Shipping
Orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped the same day Monday - Friday. Shipping
charges are $3.95 per order under a 50.00 total in the US and FREE on orders over
50.00. Inkjet orders are shipped US Priority Mail, and laser toner cartridges
are shipped UPS Ground. We ship to post office boxes, APO, FPO, Guam, and other
American territories for the same $3.95 rate.
Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat fee of 8.95 for shipping and handling,
per order regardless of quantity ordered. We do not ship outside of the US Post
System and Canada.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO EUROPE, AFRICA, ASIA, SOUTH OR CENTRAL
AMERICA. WE ONLY SHIP IN THE US POSTAL SYSTEM AND CANADA.

Orders shipped to Canada are charged a flat fee of 8.95 for shipping and handling,
per order regardless of quantity ordered. Due to higher restrictions, safe guards,
and customs inspections orders can take up to 10-12 business days to arrive.
Usually light orders take 5-7 while heavier orders take the longest.
We ship from Paramount, California M-F. Orders placed late friday will ship
the following Monday. Orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive to the
East Coast and 2-3 working days on the West Coast.
Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processed system.
At that time you will recieve our order number via email and another email with
the tracking number a few hours after the item ships. |
