00inkjets.com is the product of the vision of Mike Zaya. Five years ago, having grown tired of paying what he perceived was way too much for ink for his printer, Mike started looking for alternatives; there weren’t any. And thus 00inkjets.com was born. In the past five years 00inkjets.com havs grown to where we now employ more than one hundred people and operate out of our own building.
We have the facilities to handle 100% of our product fulfillment. This means that we make our own inventory purchases, thus insuring that we only purchase from the most reliable suppliers of the highest quality cartridges. In addition to performing 100% of our product fulfillment, we have also built an in-house Customer Service Staff because we believe that an in-house staff is far more dedicated to satisfying your needs. And after several years of hard work, we are extremely proud of the friendly and knowledgeable in-house staff that we have assembled.
During the past five years we have sold more than 5 million cartridges. What does this mean to you? It means, we know how to do the job quickly and efficiently ensuring you will receive speedy delivery; Indeed, most orders are actually shipped out the very day they are received. Shipping and handling charges to Canada are a flat rate of US $7.00. Unfortunately,
we can only accept orders from Canadian residents with credit cards that have
been issued by US banks. The customer is entirely responsible for any customs
and duties applied by Canada.
Shipping Notes:
- This shipping offer is only good for limited time and may be
stopped at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before
the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted
at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date.
- On average, credit card orders are shipped the same day,
or the morning following the receipt of your order. All orders
received after 3:00 PM PST Friday and orders placed on the weekend
will be shipped Monday morning. Orders will be shipped when all
items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.
- International orders will not be processed, except for Canada.
- Most other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or
FPO addresses, but here at 00inkjets.com
, we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed
at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses
can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are
not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage.
- Ordinarily orders are shipped USPS Mail
or UPS Ground and should arrive
between 4 to 7 business days from the order date. Please remember,
once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and
the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's
arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your
order to you fast. Need help, do not hesitate to call Customer

- Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already
placed. If you want to cancel your order please call our Customer Service
specialists at (866)688-6346. Please note that we cannot cancel your order
after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive
it by contacting Customer Service at (866)688-6346 and getting a
RMA.
